Rowan recently undertook two Lean projects including developing a new scheduling process for engineer site visits and developing a Lean metrics reporting system with the aim of delivering more value to the customer with reduced effort and resources.
We’re delighted with the efficiencies and improvements introduced as a result of the Lean programme. We strongly recommend the programme to any SMEs looking to improve their operations. We look forward to working on further Lean initiatives.
