Rowan provide a range of forensic engineering and expert witness services to Global & Irish insurance companies, liability adjusters, local authorities, state bodies, private companies and solicitors.
Our forensic engineering team carry out a detailed site investigation and compile a technical engineering report before providing independent expert witness testimony at court.
Our objective is to provide an engineering report which presents complex and technical subjects in a clear, easy to understand manner with assisting photographs, maps and appendices. Our specialist drone surveying team can produce Aerial Photographs, Aerial Boundary Maps, Topographic Surveys and Volumetric Analysis.

Each member of our engineering team is a leader in their field of engineering. Most of our engineers are Chartered Engineers and include Members and Fellows of Engineers Ireland. Managing Director Tom Rowan is a director of the Association of Consulting Forensic Engineers (ACFE) and the majority of our engineers are members of ACFE.
